In these games, you’ll explore various scenarios and statements about relationships. Simply draw a card and choose one of three responses: "Yes" if you agree, "No" if you disagree, or "Let’s Talk" if you're unsure and want to discuss further. Afterward, discuss your answers with the other players (or reflect on them if playing solo) to explore different perspectives and deepen your understanding. Arrange the cards on the table according to your choices. By the end of the game, you’ll have a visual map of your values, preferences, desires, and boundaries.

We offer games for different scenarios, relationship configurations, and levels of intimacy. The Community Design Game can be played with any group, including families, roommates, coworkers, collectives, and intentional communities, encouraging communication and collective decision making. The Relationship Design Game and the Sexuality Design Game are ideal for people who want to intentionally shape an intimate relationship, whether new or long-standing, monogamous or non-monogamous, as long as everyone is open to honest communication and willing to rethink relationships beyond social norms. You can also use them at dinner parties or in therapeutic settings to spark deeper conversations about love, sex, boundaries, needs, and values. All of the games are also great for solo play, offering space to reflect and understand yourself more deeply.

The goal is definitely NOT to destroy relationships but to improve them. We’ve sold over 1,500 copies of our games, and feedback has been overwhelmingly positive. More often than not, you’ll discover things you have in common that never came up in conversation before, and you’ll feel invited and supported to open up about your needs and desires. In some rare cases, people have chosen to part ways after playing because they realized they had very different goals and beliefs. If you’ve been avoiding honest conversations for a long time, things can get complicated, and in that case, we recommend seeking professional support to navigate those discussions safely. If you don’t feel safe in your relationship, we do not advise using our tools.

It was me, Mariana. I’ve spent much of my life questioning why life, and especially relationships, have to fit into molds that don’t serve us. As someone who isn’t naturally extroverted or highly communicative, I realized I needed dynamic and thought-provoking tools to facilitate conversations that could free me from those molds. That’s why I created these games! I’m a designer, and I developed these tools in collaboration with psychologists and people from different backgrounds and experiences, with the goal of making them as inclusive as possible.

We’re doing our best! The games are consciously produced in Portugal to support local businesses and reduce transportation impact. Most of our shipping and packaging materials are recycled, and while we haven’t eliminated plastic entirely, we minimize its use as much as possible. Oh, and all local deliveries are made by bicycle!
We believe that love, politics, and environmental issues are interconnected, so we avoid supporting socially and environmentally unsustainable business models.
